What files do I need to upload.
A handy list of what you need for each update.
Before you can add your update using the User's Site Admin (USA), you must first upload your content to your server. Depending on what you are presenting in any particular update, this list will let you know what you should upload. It's a tiny list and will becone second nature to you.

For Updates containing BOTH Photos AND Video

  • .ZIP File containing all the photos in that gallery.
  • Video file (can be .WMV, .AVI, .MPG, .MOV)
  • Thumbnail of one of the photos, 177 pixels wide or 177 pixels tall on its longest side.
  • Photo Preview - One Photo designated for Preview
  • Video Preview - Either a 10 second clip of the video OR a contact sheet in .JPG format.

For Updates containing ONLY Video

  • Video file (can be .WMV, .AVI, .MPG, .MOV)
  • Thumbnail of a screen grab, 177 pixels wide or 177 pixels tall on its longest side.
  • Video Preview - Either a 10 second clip of the video OR a contact sheet in .JPG format.

For Updates containing ONLY PHOTOS

  • .ZIP File containing all the photos in that gallery.
  • Thumbnail of one of the photos, 177 pixels wide or 177 pixels tall on its longest side.
  • Photo Preview - One Photo designated for Preview
