FTPing your files to the server using
Windows Explorer.
Getting your files from you to us.

Open Internet Explorer and type:  ftp.xsiteability.com  in the address bar.

When asked, enter your FTP USERNAME and FTP PASSWORD.
(Your FTP username was eamiled to you at the creation of your XSiteAbility account.)

Once the server accepts your credentials, you will see:

FTP root at ftp.xsiteability.com
To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

Follow the instructions that state, "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer."

You may then navigate  the folders the same way you would any folder on your computer, and drag your files to be uploaded to the proper folders.
