Creating your content.
Formats, specifications and sizes of the files you need to upload.

Photo Galleries

  • Photo galleries will be presented to subscribers as a downloadable .ZIP file.   That file can contain as many photos as you wish.  Each individual photo should be between 1000 pixels to 1200 pixels on its longest side, and not exceed 200K in file size. All of your photos should be tagged with your URL (www.YOURSITE.com)
  • Your files should only contain alpha-numeric characters in their file names.
  • You will upload this file to the yourdirectory/content/photos/ folder.

Videos

  • The preferred format for videos are .WMV, .AVI, .MPG, .MOV.   Videos may be of any dimension or bit rate so long as the finished video is no larger than 10MB per Minute.  For example, a 7 minute video should be no larger than 70MB.
  • Your files should only contain alpha-numeric characters in their file names.
  • You will upload this file to the yourdirectory/content/videos/ folder.

Thumbnail Photos

  • Your update thumbnail will display on your preview and members pages.  It is a quick representation of your update.  It can be either a thumbnail of the preview photo being offered or a screen grab of the video being offer. 
  • You only need one thumbnail per update.
  • The thumbnail  must be no larger than 300 pixels on its largest side.  A "portrait" (standing up) style thumbnail should be made 300 pixels tall, whereas a "landscape" (laying down) style thumbnail should be made 300 pixels wide.
  • Your files should only contain alpha-numeric characters in their file names.
  • You will upload this file to the yourdirectory/previews/thumbnails/ folder.

Preview Photos

  • Each individual preview photo should be between 1000 pixels to 1200 pixels on its longest side, and not exceed 200K in file size.
  • Your files should only contain alpha-numeric characters in their file names.
  • You will upload this file to the yourdirectory/previews/photos/ folder.

Preview Videos

  • You may choose between using preview video clips, or a contact sheet in .JPG format. 
  • A preview video clip should be no longer than 10 seconds and not exceed 2MB in size.
  • A contact sheet should be between 1000 pixels to 1200 pixels on its longest side, and not exceed 200K in file size.
  • Your files should only contain alpha-numeric characters in their file names.
  • You will upload this file to the yourdirectory/previews/videos/ folder.
